The Frank T. Hubbard Collection, 1668-1956 (bulk: 1668-1880).

The Frank Hubbard Collection consists of 32 titles in 72 volumes, mostly books with some scores. Most of the materials date from the mid- to late 18th century and the early 19th century and most were more than likely used by Hubbard in his research into historical harpsichord construction methods. The materials cover a variety of topics including mechanical engineering, hydraulic engineering, carpentry, varnishing and gilding, and music theory. The collection also contains several dictionaries and encyclopedias.
